  • Product Information: We may access product details, including product IDs and associated metafields, to display comprehensive information on your invoices.
  • Store Information: We access general store settings, such as your store name and contact information, to populate invoice templates.
  • Customer Information: We access customer contact details (name, email, address) linked to orders to correctly address invoices and facilitate communication.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the App, such as features used and session duration. This helps us improve our service and user experience. This data is typically aggregated and anonymized.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To Provide Core App Functionality (To generate, customize, and manage invoices and order documents. This includes bulk downloading invoices and applying custom pricing logic).
  • To Enable Communication (If you configure the SMTP setup, we use your email settings to send invoices directly to your customers from your email account).
  • To Improve Our Services (We analyze usage data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the App's features and performance).
  • To Provide Customer Support (We use your information to respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your customers' information to any third parties for marketing purposes.
